Normatec Boots
Normatec Boots are dynamic compression devices designed to enhance blood flow and speed recovery. They use pulsing, gradient compression, and distal release to improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and promote faster healing.
Theragun
The Theragun is a handheld percussive therapy device that uses rapid, repetitive strokes to penetrate deep into muscle tissue. It helps alleviate muscle soreness, improve range of motion, and accelerate warm-up and recovery.
Inversion Table
An inversion table allows users to hang upside down or at an angle to relieve back pain, reduce stress, and improve circulation. The process of inversion helps decompress the spine and reduce pressure on the vertebrae and discs.
E-Stim
E-Stim uses electrical impulses to stimulate muscles and nerves. It can help reduce pain, improve muscle strength, and promote healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction promotes blood flow, reduces muscle tension, and can help with pain relief and inflammation.
Rock Blade
Rock Blade is a tool used in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). It helps break down scar tissue, release muscle adhesions, and improve tissue mobility by applying controlled pressure to the affected areas.
Assisted Stretching
Assisted stretching involves a therapist helping a client perform stretches. This type of stretching aims to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and enhance overall muscle function by allowing deeper and more effective stretching than self-stretching.

- Cold Plunge: immersing the body (or a body part) in cold water, typically between 50 to 59°F (10-15°C). This is not just a chilly dip for fun; it’s a scientifically-backed method designed to boost recovery and diminish muscle soreness.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (10%) OFF:
- Dry Needling: a technique used to treat muscular pain and dysfunction. It involves inserting fine needles into trigger points or tight muscle areas to relieve pain, improve range of motion, and promote healing. Unlike acupuncture, which is based on traditional Chinese medicine, dry needling focuses on musculoskeletal issues and is grounded in Western medicine principles.
Billing
We automatically bill your card each month recurring on the day of your sign up. You can book an appointment anytime and your discount will be automatically applied when you check out after your service. Membership does not include gratuity. If your card on file is declined, we will reach out to ask for a new card. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be cancelled and any remaining facials will be forfeited.
Minimum Commitment
Membership begins with a 3-month commitment to experience the benefits of regular facial services. After that, membership is month-to-month and can be ended at any time without penalty or charge. We do not accept cancellations over the phone or verbally. In order to cancel, you must email your dedicated studio membership email at least 5 days before your next billing cycle. Not sure which email? Please refer below. Once your membership is canceled, any remaining facials will be forfeited.
Membership Credit
As long as your membership is active, any facials that are not used will rollover for you to use at any time. Your membership service credit (aka your monthly facial) can only be used at the location where your membership was purchased. However, your membership discount is valid at all Sana locations in your region. That means you’ll get your product discount and a discount on additional facials at any Sana you visit. Yay!
Gifting
Gift your month’s facial to a friend or family member twice in a calendar year. Gifted facials may only be used at the location of the original membership.
Freezing
We know life can get crazy, which is why you are able to freeze your account for up to 3 months a calendar year. All Freeze requests must be done in writing, email your dedicated studio membership email to freeze. Not sure which email? Please refer below.
Membership Discounts
Membership discounts do not apply retroactively and are only valid the day you start your membership. Discounts cannot be shared and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified otherwise. Member discounts are not valid on product purchases on our online shop. Member discounts are valid at all Sana locations.
