Astro turf, cold plunge, weight rack, cardio equipment and every PT ball, band and mat under the sun… you realize how seriously the PARC team takes rehab.

If you are an individual, active person or athlete looking to pre- or rehab, look no further.

Case in point: I did 6 weeks of prehab prior to an ACL surgery and just completed week 4 of rehab. I was off crutches and pain meds in 3 days, and am fully walking with accelerated range of motion, no limping, minor swelling, and feeling fit again.

Alex and Cindy have created something special with PARC. When I needed rehab following meniscus surgery, I was looking for something different than some of the other PT practices that exist in the area where you just feel like another cog in the machine. PARC delivered and then some!

Alex provides a complete and holistic approach and works to not just get you back on your feet so to speak, but to ensure that your body and muscles are activating, engaging, and functioning in the manner they are supposed to. Friends couldn’t believe how fast I was getting back to my normal activity levels and I owe a lot of that to the team at PARC. My name is Julian and I’ve been a long-distance runner ever since I started high school. Running is my life and I find no greater joy than putting on my shoes and going for a run. In my freshman year of college however, I had a major injury in my right knee. I spent 2 1/2 years with constant pain in my knee, not being able to run. I went to numerous doctors and physical therapists and nothing worked. I felt hopeless.

Until my doctor recommended me to PARC. He told me it’d be out of pocket, but if I wanted to see results with the best treatment that’s where to go. He couldn’t be more right. You walk in the door and Cindy is welcoming and makes you feel at home. Alex in the first one-hour session instantly spotted what was going on with my knee. They are masters in their field. He told me how my muscles in my leg and the arc in my right foot were undeveloped leading to my injury. So he and the PARC team worked wonders. They used ultrasound and electric stimulation to reduce the inflammation in my knee, while incorporating flexibility and strength training to get my muscles back to action.

It’s because of PARC I can run again. Nothing feels better than to finally enjoy what I missed so much. They gave me my life back, as they will do for you. I came to PARC after a bad car accident, barely able to move, sleep or find any relief for the extreme pain that my injury caused. The staff was kind, considerate and did everything in their power to help me feel better. They worked hard to get me back to normal and I have made a full recovery. I recommend them, hands down! PARC is without a doubt the best physical therapy facility. After a bad car accident my attorney recommended PARC and I’m forever thankful he did. PARC is family oriented and you feel at home as soon as you walk in. Cindy is extremely accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments and so helpful with any insurance questions. Dr. Alex is tremendously knowledgeable and his techniques have solved my severe neck and back pain. He also educates you and gives you the tools needed so you can do exercises at home. It’s been over a year since my accident and I continue to go to PARC for adjustments or when I tweak something and I always leave feeling like a brand new person. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will never go anywhere else for my physical therapy needs!

The PARC team is great. I went in with a compression injury to my back and they made the rehab process a great experience. This is not your cookie-cutter facility and their equipment is state of the art. Even after I recovered and was able to get back to training 100%. I signed up for the wellness program and see them once a week. I’ve learned a tremendous amount from the PARC team and not only am I stronger than I was before (even prior to my injury) but I’m training smarter and I can see the results. Would certainly recommend it to anyone who is on the fence, take care of your body and you can trust you are in good hands with the professionals at PARC!

Knowledgeable & professional!

The staff at PARC is absolutely amazing and has very quickly helped and effectively recover from a major tendon and ligament rupture in the shoulder that I got kitesurfing! They are extremely knowledgeable and really apply the right treatment depending on your injury and body to ensure the recovery is as fast as possible to go back to full mobility. Their facilities are by far the best I have seen.
